   2. Place orders on latest [date here]
2. Order the next long-production items
3. Summarize any other orders or special preparation needed, like visa and permit applications, etc.
4. Make online catalogues

Finish preparing before the con

• [ ] Put all final prints in Drive in case restocks are needed
• [ ] 3D model of my new setup
  • [ ] Put images of this model onto my Drive and/or the Table setup page
• [ ] Put Airtags on all applicable places

If you don’t 3D model, feel free to replace this with something like sketching out your setup, physically doing a test run, etc.

Right before leaving

• [ ] Make sure my bank account has enough money for cash withdrawal
• [ ] Pause Etsy listings with AA merch
• [ ] Take out the trash
• [ ] Put all clothes into wash bins
• [ ] Cover bed
• [ ] Turn off lights
• [ ] Verify Packing list
